Service Information
As a qualified Life Coach I will support you to explore your thoughts feeling and behaviours
around current life experiences which you aim to feel in charge of.
Coaching is a time for you to begin to move your life forward in the direction of
YOUR dreams.
On your first Life Coaching session you can expect..
- My support in beginning to explore the areas of your life you would like to address.,
- Set time to explore the removal of possible blocks you have experienced in the road to getting to where you want to be.
- Within each session you will be tasked to set yourself achievable and realistic goals, which become accountable from session to session
Each Life coaching sessions lasts 60 mins.

Life coaching sessions take place online via zoom.
